This work involves supporting parents, children and youth by enhancing their capacity to cope with social, emotional difficulties, and learn skills to support their behavioural and mental health needs.

Children and teens attend counselling to:

  • learn skills to cope with social and academic challenges

  • ADHD/ADD

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • OCD

  • School avoidance

  • Selective Mutism

  • Anger

  • Self-​​harm

  • Substance use

  • Family conflict.

Parent coaching/ parenting support is available is available.
